Canzoni famose e carriera dei Joker Out
La prima esibizione dal vivo del quintetto è stata al Festival na gaju, il 21 maggio 2016. Da quel momento i Joker Out hanno intrapreso un’attività concertistica intensa che li ha portati, nei mesi successivi, a esibirsi, fra gli altri, al Bežirock, al Šubafest, e al concorso Špil liga, del quale hanno vinto la quarta edizione.
Come headliner, il loro primo concerto, si è tenuto il 2 novembre 2019 a Lubiana, la capitale slovena. Nel 2020 hanno vinto il premio musicale Zlata piščal al miglior artista emergente, seguito nel 2021 e nel 2022 dal premio all’artista dell’anno sloveno.
Nell’ottobre 2021 è uscito il loro album di debutto, Umazane misli, promosso da due concerti dal vivo. Demoni, il loro secondo album, è uscito nell’agosto 2022.
L’8 dicembre 2022 RTV Slovenija ha annunciato di aver selezionato internamente i Joker Out come rappresentanti sloveni all’Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Carpe diem è il brano con cui il gruppo difenderà i colori della Slovenia sul palco di Liverpool all’evento musicale europeo dell’anno.
